General Usage

Fenugreek is one of the oldest medicinal plants mentioned in Ayurveda for its variety of usage. It is used as antibacterial, gastric stimulant, against anorexia, antidiabetic agent and as a galactagogue. A fenugreek seed regulate several enzymatic activities, relieve fever, reduce body pain and fat, alleviates swelling, augments appetite and promotes lactation and sex hormone.
